Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery

All items are sent via an post. A confirmation email will be sent to you after purchase. 

Returns Policy

Any purchases made must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase to qualify for a refund. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for change of mind returns. 

To arrange a return, please contact our customer care team. Proof of purchase is required to initiate any returns. If your order qualifies for a refund, our customer care team will then authorise your return and send you a returns form. 

Please note the following for all returns:

  • Valid proof of purchase. 
  • We DO NOT ACCEPT returns on pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.
  • We DO NOT ACCEPT returns on items purchased on sale or with a promo code. 
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the Crowns and Stars box provided. 
  • All returns require authorisation and a return form (please contact customer care team). 

If your return does not adhere to any of the above, Crowns and Stars will not accept the return and will contact the customer to arrange for the item to be sent back at the customers expense. 

Flaw

In the unlikely event that your purchase is flawed or damaged we will happily replace the item free of charge but you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of purchase. 

Other Terms & Conditions

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible upon return to our office. Please allow up to 14 days for return to you.
